HBC is a manufacturer; we produce printed rollstock, specialty coated film, lamination, slit rollstock, single and duplex paper bags on-site. We work closely with select partners to convert our stock into pouches and other formed packaging. Our lean operation and US made products allow us to provide you with very competitive pricing and manageable lead times.

For quality assurance HBC Packaging regularly schedules 3rd party audits and we maintain GMP certification under AIB International’s consolidated standards for Food Contact Packaging Manufacturing Facilities.

We offer a wide variety of stock paper bags that are available for direct ship to your customers
through our distributor program or for purchase in bulk. These bags include:

• Produce bags in three standard sizes generally used to hold ¼ peck, ½ peck and 1 peck volumes
• Tin-tie bags used for coffee, confection, bakery items, nuts, mixes, etc.
• Bakery bags constructed of grease resistant paper
• Fried chicken bags in two standard sizes
• Single handle wine bags in one and two bottle sizes
• Pre-printed single handle, “Handeltotes” in the Country Fresh or Banana style
• Die-cut handle bags perfect for retail or food service in three finishes and two sizes

ON-SITE CAPABILITIES

Eight color CI press with automatic defect detection system and color monitoring which gives us the ability to print a variety of materials including multi-ply laminates, cast & blown films, and paper up to 43.25”.
On-site color matching software that allows us to match sample products, chips and previous runs for color uniformity across your line.
Ink system for on-site formulation of water-based, environmentally-friendly inks for computerized traceability, batch matching, inventory control and responsive production.
